What are cookies?
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are and how we use them, the types of cookies we use, what information we collect through cookies and how it is used, and how to manage cookie settings.
Cookies are small text files used to store small pieces of information. They are saved on your device when a website loads in your browser. These cookies help us make the website work properly, improve its security and user experience, understand how it performs and analyse what works and what needs improvement.
How do we use cookies?
Like most online services, our website uses first-party and third-party cookies for several purposes. First-party cookies are generally necessary for the website to function properly and do not collect information that identifies you.
The third-party cookies used on our website mainly help us understand how the site performs and how you interact with it, keep our services secure, deliver relevant advertisements, improve your experience and make future interactions with our website faster.
Types of cookies we use
Necessary technologies support the website's operation, security and the storage of your choice. We store preferences in browser storage (localStorage) under the key webiee-consent-v1. Your choice is valid for 180 days; after that, we ask for consent again.
Analytics: with your consent, we may load Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyse visits and website use. Marketing: with separate consent, we may load Meta and Zoho SalesIQ to measure campaigns and marketing activities.
External content: separate consent allows the meeting calendar and embedded materials, such as YouTube, to load. Once loaded, the provider receives connection data and may use its own technologies described in its privacy policy.
Google Tag Manager manages tag activation. Selecting a category does not mean every listed tool is always active. The contact form can be used without optional tracking; submitted data goes to Zoho CRM to handle the enquiry.
Managing cookie preferences
You can accept all categories, reject optional ones or save separate choices for analytics, marketing and external content. Making no choice does not constitute consent. You can browse the website without accepting optional technologies.
You can change your settings through Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops further activation of that category; the page may reload to stop previously loaded scripts. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already sent to providers.
When a Global Privacy Control signal is detected, marketing stays disabled. If your browser blocks preference storage, you may be asked to choose again on your next visit.
You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Deleting your stored preference will display the banner again. Cookies from other domains and cookies inaccessible to this site's JavaScript can be removed through browser settings.
